人本干预改善中老年肝病患者睡眠及生命质量的效果研究

摘要
目的:观察中老年肝病患者采取人本干预对其睡眠以及生命质量的影响.方法:选取2022年11月至2023年11月古田县医院收治的中老年肝病患者73例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=37).观察组采用常规护理+人本干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组的护理效果.结果:护理后,观察组坚韧性、力量性、乐观性评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)评分低于对照组,睡眠呼吸暂停生命质量指数(SAQLI)评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:在中老年肝病患者中,落实人本干预具有积极意义,可有效改善患者心理弹性,有利于改善其睡眠质量和满意度,优化生命质量.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of humanistic intervention on sleep and life quality of middle-aged and elderly pa-tients with liver disease.Methods:A total of 73 middle-aged and elderly patients with liver disease from November 2022 to No-vember 2023 were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group(n=36,routine nursing+hu-manistic intervention)and a control group(n=37,routine nursing)by simple randomization method.The psychological resili-ence,sleep quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were collected.Results:After nursing,the resilience,strength,and optimism scores were higher than the control group(P＜0.05);the PSQI score was lower than the control group.SAQLI score was higher than the control group(P＜0.05);psychological function,material life,physical function,and so-cial function scores were higher than the control group(P＜0.05);the observation group satisfaction score was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In middle-aged and elderly patients with liver disease,the implementation of humanistic intervention has positive significance,which can effectively improve the psychological resilience of patients,improve the quality of sleep and satisfaction,and optimize the quality of life.
