机械振动排痰、雾化护理联合临床基础护理对支气管肺炎儿童的症状改善及睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的:探讨机械振动排痰、雾化护理联合临床基础护理对支气管肺炎儿童的症状改善及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2020年6月至2022年8月期间福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的支气管肺炎儿童100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组支气管肺炎患儿采用基础护理,观察组支气管肺炎患儿在基础护理基础上增加机械振动排痰、雾化护理.对比2组症状消退时间及睡眠质量.结果:观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,症状消退时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:对支气管肺炎儿童实施机械振动排痰、雾化护理联合临床基础护理有利于促进症状消退,并改善患儿睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of mechanical vibration sputum discharge,atomization nursing combined with clinical basic nursing on the improvement of symptoms and sleep quality in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:A total of 100 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived basic nursing,while the observation group added mechanical vibration sputum discharge and atomization nursing.Symptom resolution time and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the time of symptom resolution was significantly shorter than that of the control group(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:Mechanical vibration sputum discharge and atomization nursing combined with clinical basic nursing can promote the regression of symptoms and improve the sleep quality of children with bronchopneumonia.
