摘要
目的:分析母亲实施袋鼠式干预(KMC)对新生儿重症监护室(NICU)早产儿行为神经发育与睡眠状态的影响.方法:选取2023年3至2023年11月晋江市医院收治的NICU早产儿50例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例.2组均接受常规治疗,观察组同步接受KMC,1次/d.比较2组治疗前后新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分与睡眠情况.结果:相对于对照组,观察组在第14天NBNA行为能力评分、被动肌张力评分、主动肌张力评分与总分较高(P<0.05).观察组第3天时夜间睡眠时间长于对照组,总睡眠时间也显著较长(P<0.05);第7天时夜间睡眠时间、日间睡眠时间及总睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05).结论:KMC可改善NICU早产儿睡眠情况,促进行为神经发育,具备较高的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of kangaroo mother care(KMC)on the neurobehavioral development and sleep sta-tus of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods:Fifty premature infants admitted to the NICU of our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into a study group(n=12)and a control group(n=12).Both groups received rou-tine treatment,and the study group received KMC simultaneously once a day.The neonatal neurobehavioral assessment(NBNA)score and sleep status before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Results:The study group had a higher NBNA behavioral ability score,passive muscle tone score,active muscle tone score,and total score at 14 d than the control group(P<0.05).The study group had longer nighttime sleep time and total sleep time at 3 d(P<0.05);the nighttime sleep time,daytime sleep time,and total sleep time of the study group at 7 d were longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:KMC can improve the sleep status of premature infants in NICU and promote neurobehavioral development,which has high appli-cation value.
