孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂对儿童腺样体肥大的应用效果

摘要
目的:对儿童腺样体肥大实施孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂疗法,探讨该疗法对IL-2,IL-6,CRP水平及睡眠的影响.方法:选取2022年2月至2023年2月福建尤溪县总医院儿科收治的儿童腺样体肥大患儿70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例.对照组给予糠酸莫米松喷剂治疗,观察组给予糠酸莫米松喷剂+孟鲁司特纳治疗.比较2组临床症状评分、血清炎症介质、睡眠质量、生命质量.结果:治疗后,观察组的临床症状评分及炎性因子水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)的主观睡眠质量、睡眠持续性、睡眠紊乱、总分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组睡眠质量、情绪、日常生活、总分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:采用孟鲁司特纳、糠酸莫米松喷剂联合疗法,能有效改善患儿的睡眠质量,提高生活水平,治疗效果显著,值得进一步推广.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Montelukast sodium combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray therapy on IL-2,IL-6,CRP levels,and sleep in children with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods:Seventy children with adenoid hypertrophy ad-mitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=35,Mometasone fu-roate spray)and an observation group(n=35,Mometasone furoate spray+Monlusterna)by simple randomization method.Clini-cal symptom scores,serum inflammatory factors,sleep quality,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,The clinical symptom score and inflammatory factor levels(P＜0.05).of the Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The sleep quality,mood,and daily life(P＜0.05).Con-clusion:The combination therapy of Montelukhtna and Mometasone furoate spray can effectively improve the sleep quality and the living standard of patients,and the therapeutic effect is significant and worthy of further promotion.
