摘要
目的:探讨家属参与式个体化护理模式在癫痫患者中的应用,对改善心理健康,提高生活能力及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年2月至2023年2月福建省三明市第一医院收治的癫痫患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例.对照组患者护理方法为一般性护理,观察组患者实施家属参与式个体化护理模式.对2组癫痫患者不良心理评分和生活能力、睡眠质量评分改善情况进行对比.结果:护理后,观察组癫痫患者焦虑、抑郁等各项不良心理评分和生活能力、睡眠质量评分改善显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:家属参与式个体化护理模式对癫痫患者心理健康水平及生活能力提升具有非常积极的影响,且有利于提升患者睡眠质量,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of family participation in the individualized nursing model in epileptic patients and its influence on improving mental health,life ability,and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 78 patients with epilepsy in the First Hospital of Sanming City,Fujian Province,from February 2022 to February 2023,were randomly divided into the observation and control groups.The nursing method of the patients in the control group was general nursing,and the patients in the observation group implemented the individualized nursing mode of family participation.The improvement of adverse psychological scores,liv-ing ability,and sleep quality scores in two groups of epilepsy patients was compared.Results:After nursing,the improvement of anxiety,depression,and other adverse psychological scores,life ability,and sleep quality scores in the observation group was sig-nificantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The family participation individualized nursing model has a very positive effect on improving the mental health level and life ability of patients with epilepsy and is conducive to improving the sleep quality of patients,which is worth promoting.
