摘要
目的:研究思维导图引导的围手术期个性化护理模式对全麻妇科腹腔镜手术患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2019年3月至2021年2月福建省泉州市中医院手术室进行全麻妇科腹腔镜手术的患者88例作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予思维导图引导的围手术期个性化护理,比较2组干预前后的心理状态、睡眠质量及术后疼痛的效果.结果:干预后观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各维度评分均明显低于对照组(均P＜0.05).术后1、2、3 d观察组的疼痛VAS评分均显著低于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论:思维导图引导个性化指导可明显减轻全麻妇科腹腔镜患者术后疼痛,调整其心理状态,改善其睡眠质量,可在临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of a perioperative personalized nursing model guided by mind maps on the psychological state and sleep quality of patients undergoing general anesthesia for gynecological laparoscopy.Methods:Eighty-eight patients who underwent general anesthesia for gynecological laparoscopy in the operating room of Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine,Fujian Province,from March 2019 to February 2021,were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group u-sing a random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observa-tion group received perioperative personalized nursing guided by mind maps.The psychological state,sleep quality,and postoperative pain effects between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results:After intervention,scores for the Self-Rat-ing Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(Ps＜0.05).On the 1st,2nd,and 3rd days postoperatively,the Visual Ana-logue Scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:Personalized guidance led by mind maps can significantly alleviate postoperative pain,adjust psychological state,and improve sleep quality in patients undergoing general anesthesia for gynecological laparoscopy,and can be promoted for clinical use.
