机械辅助排痰护理对肺炎患儿排痰量及睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的:探讨机械辅助排痰护理对肺炎患儿排痰量及睡眠质量的作用.方法:选取2022年3月至2023年2月福建医科大学附属闽东医院儿科收治的肺炎患儿80例进行回顾性分析,按护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施机械辅助排痰护理,观察患儿每日排痰量、住院时间、血清炎症介质、舒适度评分、睡眠质量评分、症状评分.结果:观察组患儿每日排痰量显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),观察组患儿住院时间显著少于对照组(P＜0.01),观察组中患儿的血清炎症介质C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平、睡眠质量评分、咳嗽、咯痰、气促症状评分均显著低于对照组(均P＜0.01),观察组中患儿的舒适度评分高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:机械辅助排痰可增加肺炎患儿排痰量,缓解咳嗽气促等症状及炎症反应,使其呼吸功能、睡眠质量得到改善.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of mechanical-assisted expectoration nursing on the sputum volume and sleep quality of children with pneumonia.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 children with pneumonia treated in the De-partment of Pediatrics of Mindong Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023.Based on the nursing method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received mechanical-assisted expectoration nursing on top of conventional care.The daily sputum vol-ume,hospital stay duration,serum inflammatory markers,comfort scores,sleep quality scores,and symptom scores of the children were observed.Results:The daily sputum volume of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the con-trol group(P＜0.01),and their hospital stay was significantly shorter(P＜0.01).The levels of serum inflammatory markers C-re-active protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT),sleep quality scores,and symptoms scores of cough,expectoration,and dyspnea in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(Ps＜0.01),while the comfort scores of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Mechanical-assisted expectoration can increase the sputum volume of children with pneumonia,alleviate symptoms such as cough and dyspnea,and inflammatory respon-ses,thereby improving their respiratory function and sleep quality.
