摘要
目的:观察采用AIDET沟通模式联合多元化护理干预对重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者睡眠质量及肺功能的影响.方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月福建省南平市第一医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的重症患者112例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受AIDET沟通模式联合多元化护理干预.评估2组患者睡眠质量以及肺功能等恢复情况.结果:干预后观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组峰值流速、用力肺活量均高于对照组(均P＜0.05).干预后观察组血氧分压(pO2)高于对照组(P＜0.05),二氧化碳分压(pCO2)低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:AIDET沟通模式联合多元化护理可以提升重症COPD患者的睡眠质量以及肺功能,改善血气水平,有助于患者恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of using the AIDET communication model combined with diversified nursing inter-ventions on sleep quality and lung function in patients with severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 112 severe patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at Nanping First Hospital,Fujian Province,from March 2022 to March 2023,were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care,while the observation group received interventions based on the AIDET communication model combined with diversified nursing.The recovery of sleep quality and lung function in both groups was assessed.Results:After intervention,the observation group's sleep quality scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the observation group's peak expiratory flow and forced vital capacity were higher than those of the control group(Ps＜0.05).Post-intervention,the observation group's blood oxygen partial pressure(pO2)was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and carbon dioxide partial pressure(pCO2)was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The AIDET communication model combined with diver-sified nursing can improve sleep quality and lung function in patients with severe COPD,as well as improve blood gas levels,ai-ding in patient recovery.
