积极心理护理联合渐进式分级康复护理对卒中患者睡眠质量及肢体能力的影响

摘要
目的:探究积极心理护理联合渐进式分级康复护理对卒中患者睡眠质量及肢体能力的影响.方法:选取2021年10月至2023年10月福建省荣誉军人康复医院内科卒中患者64例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例.对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展积极心理护理联合渐进式分级康复护理.比较2组患者睡眠质量及肢体能力等变化情况.结果:护理后2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各维度评分均低于本组治疗前(均P＜0.05),且观察组护理后PSQI评分均低于对照组(均P＜0.05).护理后2组患者肢体能力评分均高于本组治疗前(均P＜0.05),且观察组护理后的肢体能力评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).2组患者恢复期间贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI)及贝克焦虑量表(BAI)评分均低于本组护理前(均P＜0.05),且观察组护理后的BDI、BAI评分均低于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论:积极心理护理联合渐进式分级康复护理可以改善卒中患者康复期患者睡眠质量,提升肢体能力,缓解患者负面情绪,促进受损功能恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of positive psychological care combined with progressive graded rehabilitation on sleep quality and limb function in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 64 stroke patients from the Department of Internal Medcine at Fujian Honorary Military Rehabilitation Hospital were selected from October 2021 to October 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 patients in each.The control group received standard care,while the obser-vation group received positive psychological care combined with progressive graded rehabilitation.Changes in sleep quality and limb function were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in all dimensions for both groups were lower than before treatment(Ps＜0.05),and the PSQI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps＜0.05).Limb function scores were higher in both groups post-treatment compared to pre-treatment(Ps＜0.05),and the observation group's post-treatment limb function scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Scores on the Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)and Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)decreased in both groups during the recovery period compared to before nursing(Ps＜0.05),with lower post-treatment BDI and BAI scores in the observation group compared to the control group(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:Positive psychological care combined with progres-sive graded rehabilitation can improve sleep quality,enhance limb capabilities,alleviate negative emotions,and promote the recov-ery of impaired functions in stroke patients during the rehabilitation period.
