手术室护理术前访视与宣教对患者术前睡眠及不良情绪的影响分析

摘要
目的:研究手术室护理术前访视与宣教对患者术前睡眠及不良情绪的影响.方法:选取2022年2月至2023年2月南平市第一医院收治的疝气患者176例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组88例.其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组手术室护理术前访视与宣教,比较2组的护理满意度、不良情绪、睡眠质量和应激反应.结果:护理后,观察组的满意度、睡眠质量优于对照组,不良情绪评分低于对照组,应激反应改善情况较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在手术室护理中,对患者进行术前访视与宣教,不仅可以提高其术前睡眠质量,调节其情绪与心态,还能减少应激反应,改善各项手术指标,为手术的顺利进行提供保障.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of preoperative visits and education on patients'preoperative sleep and lousy mood.Methods:According to different nursing methods,176 hernia patients admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were divided into a reference group and a study group,with 88 cases each.Among them,the reference group was the refer-ence group and the research group were given preoperative visits and education to compare the nursing satisfaction,lousy mood,sleep quality,and stress response of the two groups.Results:After nursing,the satisfaction and sleep quality of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the bad mood score was lower than that of the control group,the improvement of stress response was better than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical value(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In oper-ating room nursing,the preoperative visit and education of patients can improve their preoperative sleep quality,adjust the patient's mood and mentality,reduce the stress response,improve the surgical indicators,and guarantee the smooth progress of the opera-tion.
