Analyzing the Impact of Sleep Nursing Interventions on Sleep Quality and Rehabilitation Outcomes in Stroke Patients

摘要
目的:分析睡眠护理干预对脑卒中患者睡眠质量及康复效果的影响.方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月福建省三明市第一医院神经内科收治的脑卒中患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组脑卒中患者给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上引入睡眠护理干预.采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)比较2组患者干预前后神经功能缺损程度,采用多导睡眠监测系统判定2组患者护理前后睡眠质量的改善情况,并比较2组患者不良反应发生率.结果:护理后,2组患者NIHSS评分、不良反应发生率均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);干预后,观察组总睡眠时间、睡眠效率显著高于对照组,睡眠潜伏期显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:睡眠护理干预对于脑卒中患者睡眠改善及神经功能康复具有非常积极的影响,且能有效防止不良反应的发生,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of sleep nursing intervention on the sleep quality and rehabilitation effect of stroke patients.Methods:The study subjects were selected for 80 stroke patients admitted to the Neurology Department of the First Hos-pital of Sanming City,Fujian Province,from March 2022 to March 2023.Using a random number table method,they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group of stroke patients received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received sleep nursing intervention based on the control group.The Na-tional Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was used to compare the degree of neurological deficits between two groups of pa-tients before and after intervention.A multi-channel sleep monitoring system was used to assess the improvement in sleep quality before and after nursing care,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After nursing,the NIHSS score,PSQI score,and incidence of adverse reactions in both groups of patients were reduced,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Sleep nursing intervention has a very positive impact on sleep improvement and neurological reha-bilitation in stroke patients and can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worth promoting and applying.
