摘要
目的:分析针对性护理在替罗非班治疗超出溶栓时间窗急性缺血性脑卒中清醒患者的应用,对改善生命、睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月福建厦门大学附属中山医院神经内科收治的超出溶栓时间窗急性缺血性脑卒中清醒患者106例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组53例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理,比较2组干预后康复效果,生命质量评分、睡眠质量评分及并发症发生率.结果:干预后,观察组康复效果优于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组躯体、社会、心理功能及物质生活状态等评分高于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:超出溶栓时间窗急性缺血性脑卒中清醒患者在替罗非班治疗期间加强针对性护理,可有效提高生命质量,改善睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on improving life and sleep quality in sober patients with acute is-chemic stroke treated by Tirofiban beyond the thrombolytic time window.Methods:A total of 106 sober patients with acute ische-mic stroke who were beyond the thrombolytic time window admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were ran-domly divided into 2 groups,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given targeted nursing effect,and the rehabilitation effect,quality of life score,sleep quality score and complication rate were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the rehabilitation effect of the observation group was better than that of the con-trol group(P＜0.05),the scores of physical,social,psychological function and material life status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of sleep quality were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Only 1 case of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than 8 cases in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening targeted nursing during Tirofiban treatment in awake patients with acute ischemic stroke beyond the thrombolytic time window can effectively improve the quality of life,improve the quality of sleep and reduce the incidence of complications.
