综合护理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者使用无创通气的效果

摘要
目的:分析综合护理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者使用无创通气的效果.方法:选取2022年2月至2023年6月山东大学齐鲁医院呼吸与危重症医学科二病区收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者114例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组57例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,观察2组的治疗依从性、护理满意度,比较2组护理前后的生命质量.结果:和对照组比较,观察组患者中完全依从人数更多,相比体现统计学意义(P＜0.05).和对照组相比观察组患者干预后的生命质量量表的各项评分均更高,相比体现统计学意义,P＜0.05.和对照组相比观察组患者对护理工作的各方面满意度均更高,相比体现统计学意义,P＜0.05.观察组患者的睡眠总时间长于对照组,睡眠潜伏期、觉醒时间均短于对照组,同时观察组患患者的觉醒次数低于对照组,数据体现统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者使用无创通气开展综合护理能促进依从性显著提高,同时能改善患者的生命质量,是患者满意度非常高的护理模式.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on non-invasive ventilation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 114 patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome who visited our hos-pital from February 2022 to June 2023 were selected.The digital random method was included in the control group and the com-prehensive group,with the control group receiving routine care and the extensive group receiving thorough care.The two groups'treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were observed,and the quality of life before and after nursing was compared.Re-sults:Compared with the control group,the bundled group had more patients who fully complied,indicating a statistical difference with P＜0.05.Compared with the control group,the bundled group patients had higher scores on various aspects of the quality of life scale after the intervention,indicating statistical differences(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,patients in the bun-dled group showed higher satisfaction with all aspects of nursing work,which showed statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:Using non-invasive ventilation in comprehensive nursing for patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome can significantly improve compliance and their quality of life,making it a highly satisfactory nursing model for patients.
