摘要
目的:分析叙事干预对血液系统恶性肿瘤患者造血干细胞移植期间的应用效果.方法:选取2022年1月至2023年9月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的行造血干细胞移植的血液系统恶性肿瘤患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组31例.观察组展开叙事护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预.采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评价2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况.结果:干预后,观察组患者SRSS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:干预后,观察组在造血干细胞移植期间开展叙事干预可有效改善患者的睡眠质量,缓解患者的负性情绪,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of narrative intervention on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in pa-tients with hematological malignancies.Methods:A total of 62 patients with hematological malignancies who underwent hemato-poietic stem cell transplantation and were admitted to Fujian Medical University Affiliated Union Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups using a ran-dom number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group received the narrative nursing intervention,while the control group received the routine nursing intervention.The Self Rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)was used to evaluate the differ-ences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the SRSS score,SAS score,and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:After intervention,narrative intervention conducted by the observation group during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and alleviate negative emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
