Objective:To discuss the availability of metformin in combination with insulin glargine in combination with relevant treatment sites and routine methods in type 2 diabetes patients with sleep disorders.Methods:From February 2022 to July 202380 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with sleep disturbance in internal medicine were selected as subjects in the study,randomly divided into control and study groups using a simple randomization method,with 40 cases per group.The control group was treated with metformin and the study group was treated with metformin in combination with insulin glargine.Quality of life,metabolic glu-cose index,sleep quality,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,the degree of recovery of the patient's standard of living and quality of life in the study group and the improvement of the mean monitoring of their life rate were higher than in the control group,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the tendency for various blood glucose indices to improve and the difference in glucose metabolism before and after monitoring in the study group was greater than in the control group,and the statistical value was confirmed(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean value of moni-toring the quality of sleep and mental expression in communication in the study group was higher than in the control group,and the statistical value was confirmed(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean of the preventive follow-up effects and the safety assessment of the study group was greater than that of the control group for complications such as hypoglycemia,visual impairment,endoph-thalmitis,and anaphylaxis,and the statistical value was confirmed(P<0.05).Conclusion:End-of-t combination therapy(met-formin in combination with insulin glargine)may stabilize and improve glucose metabolism and blood sugar indices,regulate pa-tients'sleep quality scientifically,and improve their quality of life.
