Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive intervention on improving sleep quality in elderly patients with a-cute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Donggucheng Branch of Guanxian People's Hospital in Liaocheng City,Shandong Province from May 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study sub-jects.Using a random number table method,they were randomly divided into control and observation groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing inter-vention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between two groups of pa-tients before and after intervention.The SF-36 Quality of Life Scale was used to analyze the physiological function,social function,physical pain,and general health status of patients;We will use our hospital's self-made scale for nursing evaluation.Results:Af-ter intervention,the SF-36 quality of life score and nursing evaluation scores of both groups of patients were improved,and the ob-servation group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the PSQI scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compre-hensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of night sleep and living conditions of patients in multiple aspects,and the nursing service level meets expectations,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
