Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation on sleep quality and functional recovery in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected, and the patients meeting the criteria were divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization method, with 43 cases in each group, respectively receiving routine intervention or intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation, and the recovery status of sleep quality and other conditions were compared between the two groups. Results:The first feeding time and other recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the pain,PSQI and functional activity scores were improved better than those in the control group. The complication rate in the observation group was(2.33%,1/43),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.28%,7/43)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation has a positive effect on sleep quality and functional recovery of elderly patients after femoral neck fracture.
