Objective:To analyze the application effect of rabelol combined with music therapy on patients with gestational hyper-tension.Methods:Fifty patients with gestational hypertension admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Tai'an 88 Hospital in Shandong Province from April 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Using a random number table method,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The Health Sur-vey Brief(SF-36)was used to compare the changes in quality of life before and after intervention between the two groups of pa-tients.The changes in diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups of patients were also compared,and the mater-nal and infant outcomes of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pres-sure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of rabelol and music therapy can improve the sleep and living conditions of patients with gestational hypertension,reduce the inci-dence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,and improve blood pressure levels in patients with gestational hypertension.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
