Analyzing the Impact of High-quality Nursing on Perioperative Complications,Psychological Status,and Sleep Quality in Patients Undergoing Colonoscopic Rectal Polypectomy
Objective:To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing on perioperative complications,psychological status,and sleep quality of patients undergoing colonoscopic rectal polypectomy.Methods:A total of 251 patients who underwent colonoscop-ic rectal polypectomy at the Joint Logistics Support Force 909th Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=120)and an observation group(n=131)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received high-quality nursing in-tervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the two groups of patients.The Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)comprehen-sive quality of life questionnaire was used to compare the changes in quality of life before and after intervention.Results:After in-tervention,the SAS score,SDS score,and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The GQOLI-74 index scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing during the perioperative period of colonoscopic rectal polypectomy is beneficial for alleviating the psychological state of pa-tients,effectively improving their sleep quality and preventing complications,enhancing their quality of life,and has a positive effect and influence on the prognosis.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
