Objective:To analyze the impact of the concept of"information motivation behavioral skills"on stroke patients'psy-chological state and sleep quality. Methods:Sixty stroke patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital Affiliated with Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects from January 2021 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing in-tervention,while the observation group received a combined nursing intervention based on the concept of"information motivation behavioral skills"based on routine nursing. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention between two groups of patients, and the Behavior Checklist(CBCL)was used to compare the psychological changes such as anxiety, withdrawal, and depression between the two groups of patients. Results:After intervention, the PSQI score and CBCL score of anxiety, withdrawal, and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of"information motivation behavioral skills"nursing can effectively improve stroke patients'psychological state and sleep quality,a nursing model worth promoting.
