Objective:To study the impact of psychological care on the sleep quality of late-pregnancy pregnant women.Methods:From April 2022 to April 2023 80 pregnant women in the late stage of pregnancy in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into a control group(conventional nursing).An observation group(with added psychological nursing),and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire Scale(PSQI)was lower than the control group,and the quality of life scale(QLQ-C30)score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Adverse pregnancy outcomes in the obser-vation group(5.00%,2/40)were less than those in the control group(22.50%,9/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological care for pregnant women in late pregnancy can effectively improve their negative emotional problems,as well as improve their sleep and quality of life.It positively impacts preventing adverse pregnancy events,is more in line with the needs of pregnant women,and enhances their satisfaction.
