Objective:To analyze the impact of nursing role positioning intervention on NIHSS,PSQI,and ADL scores in stroke patients. Methods:A total of 88 stroke patients admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 were select-ed as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into observation and control groups, with 44 cases in each group. The con-trol group received routine nursing intervention during treatment, while the observation group received nursing intervention based on the nursing role positioning mode. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was used to compare the improve-ment of symptoms between two groups of patients, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the chan-ges in sleep quality before and after intervention between the two groups of patients, and the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scale was used to compare the differences in quality of life between the two groups of patients before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the NIHSS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing role positioning model can effectively improve the neurological symptoms of stroke patients, enhance their quality of life, improve their sleep quality, and increase their activity ability.1t is worth promoting and applying.
