Objective:To analyze the effects of comprehensive pain intervention on patients'pain degree and sleep quality after perianal abscess surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients with perianal abscesses who met the exclusion criteria in our hospital in the past two years(January 2022 to December 2023)were included,and the enrolled patients were divided into two groups inclu-ding 49 cases each by simple randomization method:control group and observation group.Routine care and comprehensive pain in-tervention were provided,respectively,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Sleep index,anal function,and complication rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive pain intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pain and improve the sleep quality of patients with perianal abscesses.
