Objective:To analyze the impact of bundled nursing strategies on sleep disorders in intensive care unit patients.Methods:A total of 130 patients admitted to the Intensive Care Department of Qilu Hospital,Shandong University,from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observa-tion group based on their visit dates,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received bundled nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)was used to compare the changes in quality of life between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Hamilton Anxi-ety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to compare the improvement effects of anxiety and depres-sion status between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score,HAMA score,and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bundle nursing intervention can promote sleep quality,improve patients'quality of life,and alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with sleep disorders in intensive care units.It is worthy of clinical promotion and appli-cation.
