Objective:This study is to analyze the implementation effect of the integration of doctors, patients, and nurses in pa-tients with sleep disorders after traumatic brain injury. Methods:The selected subjects were brain injury patients admitted to our hospital, all with varying degrees of sleep disorders. They were admitted for treatment from January 2023 to December 2023.A to-tal of 76 samples were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using systematic randomiza-tion.The former received routine nursing care, while the latter received a doctor-patient nursing triad. The intervention effects were compared, and the evaluation indicators included sleep quality, psychological status, and disease uncertainty. Results:Before inter-vention,there was no significant difference in sleep quality, psychological status, and disease uncertainty scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After taking corresponding intervention measures, the sleep quality scores of both groups of patients decreased, and the measured values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The evalua-tion results of the psychological status of the selected subjects showed that the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The evaluation of disease uncertainty in two groups of pa-tients confirmed that the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated intervention of doctors, patients, and nurses for post-traumatic sleep disorder patients has a prominent effect on improving sleep quality and psychological state, which is beneficial for reducing patient uncertainty and has a high reference value.
