Objective:To explore the intervention effect of pain intervention on patients with trigeminal neuralgia and to analyze the improvement of sleep.Methods:From March 2022 to March 2023,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University was se-lected.Seventy-eight eligible patients were included and randomly divided into two groups of 39 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received pain intervention.The VAS,AIS,sleep improvement,and symptom relief of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After the intervention,the VAS score,AIS score,time to fall asleep,frequency of a-wakening,frequency of acute pain attacks,and duration of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the duration of falling asleep was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain intervention can alleviate the pain of trigeminal neuralgia,further improve the patient's sleep quality and psychological mood,and help control the acute onset of pain.
