Clinical Observation of Electroencephalographic Biofeedback Combined with Zolpidem Tartrate in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders after Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of EEG biofeedback combined with Zolpidem tartrate tablets in the treat-ment of sleep disorders after acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 77 patients with sleep disor-ders after acute ischemic stroke in the Department of Neurology of Fujian Geriatric Hospital from February 1,2022 to August 31,2023.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=35).The control group received oral treatment with Zolpidem tartrate tablets.The observation group was treated with EEG biofeedback combined with Zolpidem tartrate tablets.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,sleep time,wake times and wake time of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,and the clinical efficacy was e-valuated.Results:After treatment,PSQI score,sleep time and sleep time,wake frequency and wake time in 2 groups were im-proved compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:EEG biofeedback combined with Zolpidem tartrate tablets can significantly improve sleep quality after acute ischemic stroke.
