Objective:To analyze the effects of multi-dimensional intervention mode based on empowerment theory on mental state,self-efficacy and sleep quality of patients with cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:A total of 78 patients with cholangiocarcinoma admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided in-to control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with multi-dimensional intervention mode based on empow-erment theory.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing care,the self-efficacy scores,psychologi-cal status scores and sleep quality levels in the observation group and the control group were improved after nursing care,and the indicators of cholangiocarcinoma patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The multi-dimensional intervention mode based on the empower-ment theory can effectively improve the sleep quality and self-efficacy of patients with cholangiocarcinoma.
