Objective:To analyze the safety of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium in the treat-ment of allergic rhinitis patients and the impact of this treatment strategy on the sleep quality of patients.Methods:Allergic rhini-tis patients admitted from Otolaryngological Department and Binzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were included as subjects.According to the principle of random double blind method,the patients were successively included in the control group(n=40,treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray)and the observation group(n=40,treated with mometa-sone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium).Evaluate patient treatment outcomes,quantified sleep quality levels,and adverse drug reactions.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment efficacy of the observation group was higher(P＜0.05),and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score was lower(P＜0.05).The statistical comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups showed homogeneity(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of mometasone furoate nasal spray and montelukast sodium can not only ensure the safety of drug use,but also help patients to obtain ideal treatment expectations and improve sleep quality.
