Objective:To analyze the effect of sleep intervention on improving sleep quality in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods:A total of 80 patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation admitted to the Hematology Department of Xiamen University Affiliated First Hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study sub-jects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive sleep intervention. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between two groups of patients before and after intervention, and the Simplified Physical Fitness Scale(SPPB)was used to compare the physi-cal function of the two groups of patients before and after intervention;Evaluate the quality of life of two groups of patients before and after intervention using the Quality of Life Questionnaire after Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation(FACT-BMT).Re-sults:After intervention, the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the SPPB score and FACT-BMT score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The differ-ences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing comprehensive sleep interven-tion for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients can help improve their sleep quality, enhance physical function, and im-prove their quality of life.
