Objective:To explore the influencing factors of sleep disorders in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 370 patients with esophageal cancer from Cardiothoracic Surgery Department Ningyang First People's Hospital after surgery were selected from February 2022 to July 2023.According to the results of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,the patients were divided into sleep disorder group(score>7 points,n=170)and non-sleep disorder group(score ≤ 7 points,n=200).Data such as gender,age,education level,family income,disease cognition,payment method,and number of postoperative catheters were collected.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of sleep disorders in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Results:The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Enteral nutrition supply(OR=0.097),sleeping discomfort(OR=0.238),whether to remove chest tube(OR=4.418),nocturnal cough(OR=0.282),pain score(OR=9.341),whether to remove gastric tube(OR=5.601),acid reflux/hiccup(OR=0.181),num-ber of catheters(OR=3.825)was the influential factor of sleep disorder in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the influencing factors of postoperative sleep quality,medical staff should formulate intervention measures in time to improve the sleep condition of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.
