Objective:To know the effect of vibroacoustic therapy combined with point massage in patients with acute cerebral in-farction.Methods:Seventy-six patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with sleep disorders admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and ob-servation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine inter-vention,the observation group received vibroacoustic therapy and point massage simultaneously.The sleep quality,depression,and psychological resilience were compared after intervention.Sleep quality was evaluated using SRSS,depression and psychological resilience were evaluated using HAMD and CD-RISC,respectively.Results:After intervention,the SRSS score and HAMD score of observation group significantly decreased,and were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the CD-RISC total score and all dimension scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Vibroacoustic therapy and point massage can im-prove sleep disorder and depression in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and enhance psychological resilience.
