Observation of the Impact of Humanized Intervention in the Operating Room on the Psychological Status and Sleep Quality of Gynecological Patients During the Perioperative Period
Objective:To observe the effect of humanized intervention in the operating room on the psychological status and sleep quality of gynecological patients during the perioperative period. Methods:A total of 110 patients who underwent gynecological surgery from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received perioperative humanized nursing intervention in the operating room.Compare the emotional changes of two groups of patients before and after intervention using the Positive and Negative Emo-tion Scale(PANAS),compare the changes in sleep quality of two groups of patients before and after intervention using the Pitts-burgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and compare the differences in insomnia status between the two groups of patients before and after intervention using the Asens Insomnia Scale(AIS).Results:After intervention, the PANAS score of negative emotions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the PSQI and AIS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing humanized intervention in the operating room during the perioperative period for patients un-dergoing gynecological surgery not only helps to improve their psychological state, but also enhances their sleep quality.
