Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the psychological status and sleep quality of high-risk pregnant women.Methods:A total of 80 high-risk pregnant women admitted to Nanping Municipal and County Hospital in Fujian Province from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a con-trol group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received high-quality intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the two groups of patients,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score,SAS score,and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking high-quality interventions for high-risk pregnant women can further enhance their satisfaction,improve their sleep quality and psychological state,and has certain clinical promotion value.
