Objective:To explore the application effect and value of universal and personalized dual track nursing in patients un-dergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:A purposive sampling method was used to include 84 patients who underwent lapa-roscopic myomectomy in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department,Fujian Medical University Affiliated First Minnan Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023.According to the principle of balanced and comparable information between groups,the included samples were divided into two groups(control group and observation group,each n=42).The observation group received a dual track ap-proach of universal and individualized care,while the control group received routine care.The incidence of postoperative complica-tions,recovery,and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The actual incidence of complications such as infec-tion,pelvic adhesion,and abdominal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＞0.05).The time required for postoperative mobilization,ventilation,and hospitalization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality of the two groups was significantly improved,and the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The dual track nursing of universality and individualization can have a positive impact on the control of postoperative complications,postoperative recovery,and improvement of sleep quality in patients with uterine fibroids,and is worth recommending.
