Objective:To explore the impact of building an intelligent interactive nursing information support system on the quali-ty of life and sleep of patients with breast cancer during nursing.Methods:From August 2022 to August 2023,72 patients with breast cancer who were confirmed by clinical comprehensive examination in the Thyroid and Breast Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the random number ta-ble,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received rou-tine nursing care,while the treatment group constructed an intelligent interactive nursing information support system based on rou-tine nursing care.The sleep quality,quality of life,and self-management efficiency of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The various indicators of the Richards Campbell Sleep Scale(RCSQ)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life scale(QOLLTI-F)of patients in the treatment group showed higher indicators than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the self-management efficacy symptom management and disease commonality management scores and total scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The construction of intelligent interactive nursing information support system for breast cancer patients during nursing has a high effect,which can improve the quality of life,sleep quality and self-management efficiency of patients.
