Objective:To observe the effects of Dandajia Prowler Pill on hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis hormones,bone age,and sleep quality of girls with precocious puberty(PP)and to seek an inexpensive and experimental adjunctive program to reduce the cost of medical care in the clinic.Methods:Patients attending Longyan People's Hospital from December 2020 to June 2022 were investigated,and baseline data on sleep quality and sex hormones were collected to compare the effects of Dandejia Puanwan+Leuprorelin treatment with those of Leuprorelin treatment alone on sleep quality and sex hormones.Results:A total of 68 study subjects were included,and sleep was assessed by PSQI scale.and it was found that compared with leuprolide treatment alone,the improvement of precocious puberty and sleep quality of the patients treated with Dandeng jasmine prophylactic pill+le-uprolide was superior,and no obvious adverse reactions were found to occur.Conclusion:Dangdian Yuwan has a positive effect on precocious puberty and sleep quality of PP girls,and it has the characteristics of safety and low cost.Its mechanism of action can be further investigated in the future.
