摘要

目的:分析肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽患儿采取雾化吸入布地奈德的临床疗效及对睡眠质量的效果.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年8月泉州市泉港区医院儿科收治的肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽患儿90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.观察组采取雾化吸入布地奈德+常规治疗,对照组采取常规治疗,比较2组临床疗效、睡眠时长、闭眼至入睡时间及阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分.结果:观察组的总有效率显著更高(P<0.05);治疗前,比较2组睡眠时长、闭眼至入睡时间、AIS评分、PSQI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),治疗后,观察组上述各项指标较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:雾化吸入布地奈德可提高疾病治疗效果,改善睡眠质量,较常规治疗措施更能延长睡眠时间,缩短入睡时间,效果明显,值得推广应用.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of nebulized budesonide inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and its impact on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 90 children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to the Pediatric Department of Quangang District Hospital from Janu-ary 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the observation subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method:the observation group(45 cases)received nebulized budesonide inhalation plus conventional treat-ment,and the control group(45 cases)received conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,sleep duration,time from closing eyes to falling asleep,AIS and PSQI scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in sleep duration,time from closing eyes to falling asleep,AIS score,and PSQI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed more significant improvement in the above indicators compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:nebulized inhalation of budesonide can improve disease treatment effectiveness,improve sleep quality,and prolong sleep time and shorten sleep time compared to conventional treatment measures.The effect is significant and worthy of promotion and application.
