Objective:To observe the effect of"exercise psychology sleep"intervention on the psychological status and sleep quality of lung cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods:A total of 80 lung cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to the Oncology Department of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random number table meth-od.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received"exercise psychology sleep"in-tervention.The psychological status of two groups of patients was evaluated using the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the sleep quality of the two groups of patients was evaluated using the SPIEGEL scoring scale.Results:After intervention,both SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After in-tervention,the sleep quality scores of both groups increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing"exercise psychology sleep intervention"to lung cancer patients can effectively improve their sleep quality,alleviate their anxiety and depression,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
