Impact of Integrated Medical and Nursing Rehabilitation Nursing on the Rehabilitation and Sleep Quality of Patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Surgery
Objective:Exploring the effect of integrated medical and nursing rehabilitation nursing after percutaneous coronary in-tervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction and sleep disorders. Methods:A total of 116 patients with acute my-ocardial infarction and sleep disorders who received PCI treatment in the Emergency Department of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 58 ca-ses in each group. The control group received routine care, while the treatment group received integrated medical and nursing reha-bilitation care on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:There is a statisti-cally significant difference(P<0.05)in the comparison of rehabilitation effect related indicators between the two groups. After nursing, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the treatment group significantly decreased(P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups of patients before and after nursing(P<0.05).The scores of the Chinese version of the Psychological Resilience Scale(CDRISC)were higher in both groups of patients after nursing compared to before nursing(P<0.05),and the CDRISC scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated medical and nursing rehabilitation nursing can improve the sleep quality of pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction and sleep disorders after PCI,alleviate negative emotions, and enhance rehabilitation effec-tiveness.
