Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing on sleep quality of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans trea-ted by vascular intervention. Methods:A total of 78 patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans who received vascular in-terventionary therapy in the interventional vascular surgery Department of Putian First Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the treatment group received targeted nursing,to observe the effect of different nursing modes on the sleep quality of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans. Results:After interven-tion,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in all dimensions of the treatment group were lower than those of the con-trol group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was 94.87%,and that of the control group was 76.92%,and the nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing during vascular interventional therapy for patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is helpful to improve sleep quality and patient satisfaction.
