Objective:Explore and analyze the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with great saphenous vein varicose veins and its impact on sleep.Methods:From October 2022 to December 2023,60 patients with great saphenous vein varicose veins in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Using the computer table method,they were divided into a control group(n=30)and a study group(n=30).The control group received routine peri-operative care,while the study group received high-quality nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were com-pared.Results:After nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the study group had lower SAS and SDS scores;The postoperative anal exhaust time,subcutaneous hematoma disappearance time,lower limb numbness and discomfort symptom disap-pearance time,and hospitalization time are all relatively short;The incidence of postoperative complications(3.33％)is relatively low;All quality of life scores are high;All PSQI scores are relatively low;Nursing satisfaction(96.67％)was relatively high,and there were differences between groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implementing high-quality nursing interventions during the perioperative period for varicose veins can significantly alleviate negative emotions in patients,improve their sleep quality,acceler-ate the postoperative recovery process,and have a low probability of complications.It has a positive impact on improving the quali-ty of life of patients and is worth learning from and promoting in subsequent clinical practice.
