To Analyze the Influence of Three-dimensional Integrated Continuous Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life and Sleep Quality of Patients with Diabetes Nephropathy
Objective:To analyze the effect of three-dimensional integrated continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life and sleep of patients with diabetes nephropathy.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with diabetes ne-phropathy admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Sanming Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medi-cine in Fujian Province were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the random number table.The control group was given routine nursing intervention for diabetes ne-phropathy,and the observation group was given three-dimensional integrated continuous nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The MOS 36-item Short-form Health Survey(SF-36)was used to compare the changes in quality of life between the two groups of patients before and after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After nursing,the SF-36 score of patients with diabetes nephropathy in both groups increased,and the PSQI score of patients in both groups decreased.The SF-36 score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the PSQI score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of three-dimensional integrated continuous nursing intervention in diabetes nephropathy has a positive impact on the quality of life and sleep quality of patients,helps to establish a good relationship between nurses and pa-tients,facilitates communication and communication,ensures that patients are happy,improves their self-management ability,and enables patients to recover from their illness.
