Objective:To analyze the effects of detailed nursing requiring hierarchical theory on sleep quality and cognitive func-tion in cerebral infarction patients after hemolytic surgery. Methods:According to random number table method,100 cerebral in-farction patients selected in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from April 2021 to May 2022 were divided into two groups.50 Patients in the control group received general nursing, and 50 patients in the observation group received detailed nursing based on hierarchy of needs theory. The improvement of sleep quality, cognitive function and nursing satisfaction of pa-tients with cerebral infarction before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed. Results:After intervention, the im-provement of sleep quality,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale and simple mental state scale in observation group was signifi-cantly better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in ob-servation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The de-tailed nursing requiring hierarchical theory can effectively improve the sleep quality and cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction and improve their nursing satisfaction.
