Objective:To analyze the effect of focused resolution mode on improving sleep quality and liver function in patients with hepatitis B complicated with hypertension.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hepatitis B combined with hypertension trea-ted in Department of Infectious Diseases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received general nursing,and patients in the observation group received focused solution mode nursing.The improvement of sleep quality and liver function in patients with hepatitis B combined with hypertension before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in sleep quality and liver function between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the improvement of sleep quality and liver function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Focused solution model can effectively improve sleep quality and liver function in patients with hepatitis B complicated with hypertension.
