摘要

目的:分析早期床上脚踏车运动配合非药物辅助睡眠在重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年4月至2024年2月泉州市第一医院收治的于ICU行机械通气治疗的患者128例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组64例.对照组行常规床上运动,观察组开展早期床上脚踏车运动,并给予非药物辅助睡眠措施.比较2组患者多导睡眠图(PSG)参数、谵妄发生率、康复情况.结果:PSG监测结果显示,观察组N3期占有效睡眠百分比(N3%)、快速眼球运动期占有效睡眠百分比(REM%)与睡眠效率(SE)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组谵妄发生率低于对照组,机械通气时间与ICU住院时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:早期床上脚踏车运动联合非药物辅助睡眠可改善机械通气患者睡眠质量,降低谵妄发生率,加快康复.

Abstract

Objective:To know the effect of in-bed cycling exercise combined with non-drug sleep intervention in mechanically ventilated patients in ICU.Methods:A total of 128 patients treated with mechanical ventilation in ICU in Quanzhou First Hospital from April 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine in-bed exercise,the observation group underwent early in-bed cycling exercise and received non-drug sleep intervention.The parameters of PSG,inci-dence of delirium,and rehabilitation were compared.Results:N3%,REM%and SE of observation group were higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of delirium of observation group was lower,and the mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time were shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early in-bed cycling exercise combined with non-drug sleep intervention can improve the sleep quality of me-chanically ventilated patients,reduce delirium,and accelerate recovery.
