Objective:To explore the application value of early cardiac rehabilitation intervention on patients with valve bypass grafting and its impact on sleep quality composition.Methods:A total of 72 patients with valvular heart disease admitted to Fujian Medical University Affiliated Union Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=36)and an observation group(n=36)using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received early cardiac rehabilitation intervention.The nursing effects were compared,and evaluation indicators included sleep quality,heart function level,and quality of life.Results:After in-tervention,the sleep quality scores of both groups of patients improved,and the measurement values of each evaluation item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);After intervention,the level of cardiac function im-proved(P＜0.05);Evaluate the quality of life of two groups of patients,and the observation group showed higher values(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Early cardiac rehabilitation intervention for patients with valve bypass grafting is highly feasible.Developing rehabilitation plans based on patient care needs can not only meet patient rehabilitation needs,promote cardiac function recovery,but also improve overall quality of life.
