Objective:To explore the effect of dagglinide combined with pioglitazone on blood glucose, blood lipid and sleep qual-ity of patients with diabetes. Methods:From April 2022 to November 2023,94 patients with diabetes in our hospital were select-ed.They were randomly sequenced from 0 to 94 in Excel. The odd sequence was treated according to the conventional drug regi-men(47 cases, control group),and the even sequence was treated according to dagelin combined with pioglitazone(47 cases,ob-servation group).Comparison of improvements in blood sugar, blood lipids, and sleep quality among patients. Results:Regarding the detection of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels and fasting blood glucose levels in patients, there was no difference before treatment, but the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Regarding the detection of blood lipid levels in patients, there was no difference in TG,TC,and LDL-C levels before treatment. After treatment, the observation group had lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, there was no difference in the PSQI scale score before treatment regarding the sleep quality of patients. However, after treatment, the observation group's score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).For comparison of pancreatic islet function in patients, pancreatic islets β There was no difference in cell function index and insulin resistance index before treatment, while the observation group had pancreatic islets after treatment β the cell function index was higher than the control group, while the insulin resistance index was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of diabetes patients, the combination of dagglinide and pioglitazone can more effectively improve the blood sugar and lipid levels of patients, increase the sleep quality of patients during treatment, and help patients recover.
