Objective:To explore the clinical effect of menu intervention on reducing cardiovascular adverse events and improving sleep quality in patients with angina pectoris and coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients of angina pectoris and coronary heart disease enrolled in the hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were grouped by random number table method.40 patients with angina pectoris and coronary heart disease receiving routine nursing intervention were taken as the control group,and 40 patients with angina pectoris with coronary heart disease receiving menu nursing intervention based on routine nursing interven-tion were taken as the observation group.The occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events,compliance behavior and sleep quality of patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The cardiovascular adverse events in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).The compliance behavior and sleep quality of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of menu nursing measures in patients with angina pectoris and coronary heart disease can improve the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events,improve the compliance behavior and sleep quality of patients.
