Objective:To investigate the effect of brisk walking on sleep disturbance in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods:A total of 78 AD patients admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided in-to a control group(conventional drug treatment)and an observation group(conventional drug treatment+brisk walking interven-tion),each containing 39 cases, using a random number table method. The sleep quality score, sleep disorder efficacy, and daily activity ability of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the PSQI score in the control group was higher than that in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The total effective rate of sleep disorder treatment was lower than that of observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BI score of the activity of daily living(BI)was lower than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of brisk walking can improve the sleep quality of AD patients, enhance the clinical intervention effect on their sleep disorders, and promote the improvement of their daily activity ability, which is worthy of promotion and application.
